We may find ourselves asking - who are we beneath the stories we have gathered about ourselves? What becomes possible when we begin to see ourselves beyond the limitations of those stories and reconnect with the deeper intelligence within us? What capacities are waiting to be awakened, and what happens when we learn to lean in and listen to the wisdom of the heart?

This immersive experience is a profound journey of remembering, inner transformation, and embodiment. It is about reconnecting with the deeper essence of who we are, and discovering what becomes possible when we live from that place. This is an invitation to move beyond understanding and into a more embodied experience of who you are.
Over six months, we enter a guided journey through the energy body and the teachings and practices of the Andean mystical tradition. We explore what it means to make peace with the past, to alchemise what has become heavy into something that can nourish us, and to reclaim the wisdom, wildness, strength and power held within our lived experience.
As we reconnect with the medicine of the awakened heart, we learn to listen more deeply to to the voice within, and to hold space for all that we are. Through this place of deeper and gentler knowing, we discover the spaciousness that allows us to express the fullness of our energetic potential.
The journey is a doorway
The Awakened Heart is more than a journey into deeper relationship with yourself. It is a doorway to explore the mystery of being human, and the great mystery of life itself. It is also a doorway into deeper kinship with nature and the living world, and into the relationship of sacred reciprocity that becomes possible when we remember that we belong to something larger than ourselves.
For those who feel they are at a threshold
This invitation is for people who have already travelled some distance on their inner path and feel ready to go deeper. It is for those who know what it means to explore their inner landscape, to reflect, surrender, learn, release and grow. Those who have arrived here are likely standing at a threshold; a life transition, a rite of passage, or a new beginning. Something old may have surfaced and is now ready to soften or be released. Something new may be asking to emerge. Or perhaps there is simply a call from within - a growing sense that there is more of you waiting to be remembered; the next layer on the journey of self-discovery.

Why the Andean path?
The Awakened Heart draws on teachings and practices from the Andean mystical tradition - a living tradition grounded in relationship, reciprocity, living energy, and our connection with the natural world. I have been drawn to this path because of the way it brings profound spiritual teachings into direct, embodied experience - honouring all of our humanness.
For me, it offers a beautiful language for exploring who we are, how we relate to the living world and others, and what becomes possible when we remember our deeper kinship and interconnectedness within the fabric of life.

Why me?
I don't simply teach this work. I live it.
My relationship with the Andean path has grown through years of study, initiation, practice, mentorship and lived experience. I have undertaken intensive training in the Andean tradition, including a two-year initiatory apprenticeship and the creation of my mesa, my personal medicine bundle. I have been initiated and trained in the Q'ero and Cusco/Wasao lineages through my work with my primary teacher and mentor, Joan Parisi Wilcox, and have also received teachings from Don Juan and Don Ivan Núñez del Prado. While Joan continues to be my primary teacher and mentor, I am also continuing to deepen my understanding and experience in shamanic energy medicine through the Qanchis Illya Rainbow lineage with Puma Fredy Quispe Singona. I am a listed practitioner with Shaman's Directory and have been teaching this work regularly since 2024, alongside my 1:1 practice.
But training is only part of the story.
My own life has been a long journey of healing, transformation and remembering. I have had to go deeply into the places where I felt lost, disconnected or diminished. I have had to learn how to release what was no longer serving me, reclaim my power, rediscover joy and reconnect with the parts of myself that had become hidden - fully knowing that this is a path we step onto and continue to walk throughout our whole lives.
I know this path because I walk it too
And that shapes the way I teach. I don't simply share practices or information. I take people on a journey. I weave the teachings through story, song, sound, guided liminal journeys, ritual, ceremony and my own lived relationship with the medicine. I hold a space that is deep, but also gentle and playful. I don't believe my role is to tell you who you should become, because your deeper self already knows. My role is to help create the conditions in which you can begin to hear it.
