Through guided liminal journeys, myth, sound and storytelling, I invite participants to explore the timeless landscape of their inner realms, supporting them through their experience of self-discovery as they reconnect with and ignite their inner power.
I weave in foundational teachings from the Andean mystical tradition and sacred healing arts - teachings generously shared by master paqos (healers/mystics) from the esteemed lineages of Q’ero and Wasao, and taught to me by my primary teacher and mentor, Joan Parisi Wilcox and other key teachers Don Juan & Don Ivan Núñez del Prado. I also share practices I have developed through my own energy artistry and direct experience, inviting participants to explore energy dynamics in innovative ways.
My approach as a space-holder is playful, dynamic and personal - bringing communities together in meaningful and conscious connection. I encourage and support participants to continue developing their personal practice at home.
The foundation of the work I do emphasises the significance of our relationship with the natural world and the world of living energy more broadly. The underlying principle in all my teaching is to bring people into deeper connection and right relationship with themselves and the world around them.

These sessions are for those of you who are ready to step into their personal power, and explore new frontiers and possibilities in a space where myth and medicine meet.
As you journey through the layers of your inner landscape, you will be gently guided though energy practices and subtle healing activations that bring you into a state of coherence and connect you with the wisdom and medicine of the embodied soul.
Each month explores a different theme to connect us with the fabric of living intelligence that pulses within us, reminding us why tuning into this innate, timeless part of us is more important now than ever. In February, as we usher in the Year of the Fire Horse, we will be working with energy practices to ignite the heart’s fire - setting the momentum for the times ahead when passion and creativity will be amplified. This time calls on us to be our most audacious selves - to dream big, and to trust in our power to alchemise our dreams into reality. There is no hiding away, it’s time to fly. We will be working with the majestic fire horse as a spirit animal, weaving the gifts and medicine of this powerful and dynamic guide into our energy fields so that we can call on its support and strength.

Summer Sessions
at The Yoga Loft
Throughout January and February, I am offering a short series of special Artistry of Energy classes. These longer (90-minute) sessions allow us to go deeper into the mythic inner landscape as we explore the world of energy medicine for optimising our health and wellbeing, and invite greater ease joy and abundance into our lives.
In summer, our focus is on awakening, igniting, and empowering - illuminating our whole selves at a deeply cellular level. We tune into the golden, life-giving medicine of the Sun (Tayta Inti) to support us in switching on our powerful inner capacities so we can feel vibrant, energised, expansive and truly alive as we move through the seasonal cycle of our full expression.
Each session weaves together subtle energy work, storytelling, ancient widsom, and medicine songs. This is your space to connect, breathe out, feel held, and receive deep nourishment for the Self.
