My classes and workshops provide opportunities to learn practical and effective energy practices for self-healing and overall wellbeing. I introduce foundational teachings from the Andean mystical tradition and healing arts. This wisdom has been generously shared by master paqos (healers/mystics) from the esteemed lineages of Q’ero and Wasao, and taught to me by my teacher and mentor, Joan Parisi Wilcox. I also share practices I have developed in my own energy artistry and direct experience, inviting participants to explore energy dynamics in playful, personal and innovative ways.
Through guided liminal journeys, myth and storytelling, I invite participants to explore the landscape of their inner world, taking them on a journey of self-discovery where they connect with their inner power. I emphasise the significance of our relationship with the natural world and the world of living energy more broadly. The underlying principle in all my teaching is to bring people into deeper connection and right relationship with themselves and the world around them.
