The Artistry of Energy are seasonal classes and workshops offered in different locations in lutruwita/Tasmania. These sessions are playful, creative, intuitive. An invitation to explore our own capacities as artists of living energy.
They also represent my vision of creating spaces for warm and authentic human connection. Spaces where we are seen, heard, and held in our humanness - exactly as we are in each moment. Spaces where we can explore ways of meeting and knowing ourselves and our experiences more deeply, more fully - and where we witness and celebrate one another in our unfolding.
From this place of belonging, kinship and connection, we become empowered to do the deep work of forging and nurturing our relationship with the part of us that can sense what is really true for us.
It’s a way of coming home to the wisdom of the heart.

Three workshops exploring the sweet & electric medicine of Spring
Spring is a time of awakening and unfolding, a season of renewed vitality and possibility. It invites us to open, to cultivate our aliveness, and to attune to the bold and effervescent energy of emergence. This series weaves teachings and practices from the Andean medicine tradition through embodied energetics, guided journeys, sound and storytelling. Together, we explore our inner landscape and deepen our relationship with our own inner medicine, reconnecting with something already held within us - a wisdom that we carry in our bodies and the deeper places of our being.
In these sessions we will create a powerful personal medicine space, establish energetic grounding, and prepare the inner landscape as we plant the seeds for the cycle ahead. We then move into the energetic centres of the body, tending and awakening their capacities and dissolving energetic blocks that we might have. Finally, we work with the opening and unfolding of our energetic potential.
Each session supports us to deepen our relationship with the forces of nature that live within and around us, remembering ourselves not as separate from the natural world, but held within a living web of kinship and sacred reciprocity with all living beings.
