I am here to hold space and guide you through embodied energetic practices and inner exploration, supporting you to awaken and work with your own inner medicine - a source of wisdom, healing, and personal power - and the doorway to your soul gifts.

Reconnecting with our deeper self and our true nature is a journey in which we remember our innate kinship, interconnectedness and belonging within the greater fabric of life. We move through processes of harmonising our energy, attuning to the greater field of living intelligence and forces of nature within and around us. This creates a space to discover who we are beneath our stories, and what becomes possible when we meet ourselves from that place.

I wish to acknowledge and honour the traditional custodians of lutruwita/Tasmania, the palawa - and specifically the leterrermairrener people, the panninher people, and the tyerrernotepanner people (Stony Creek Nation) of kanamaluka/River Tamar, where I live. I offer my respect to the Elders, to their ancestors and descendants, and to the sacred lands I walk on and call ‘home’. Thank you, from the deepest part of me. I also wish to honour the master paqos (mystics/healers) from the Q’ero and Wasao lineages, who have dedicated their lives to preserving their traditions, wisdom and teachings.
