This is an invitation to step beyond ordinary time and enter the liminal, the space where myth and medicine meet.

I am here to hold space and guide you through embodied energetic practices and inner exploration, supporting you to awaken and work with your own inner medicine.

This work of reconnecting with our deeper self and our true nature is a journey of conscious evolution in which we remember our innate kinship, interconnectedness and belonging within the greater fabric of life. As you reconnect with this timeless wisdom, there is an opportunity to discover who you are beneath your stories, and what becomes possible when you meet yourself from that place.

In times of transition, upheaval, and uncertainty, this is a steady place of deep inner knowing we can always return to.

I wish to acknowledge and honour the traditional custodians of lutruwita/Tasmania, the palawa - and specifically the leterrermairrener people, the panninher people, and the tyerrernotepanner people (Stony Creek Nation) of kanamaluka/River Tamar, where I live. I offer my respect to the Elders, to their ancestors and descendants, and to the sacred lands I walk on and call ‘home’. Thank you, from the deepest part of me. I also wish to honour the master paqos (mystics/healers) from the Q’ero and Wasao lineages, who have dedicated their lives to preserving their traditions, wisdom and teachings. I am so very fortunate to have worked with you.
