Energy Attunements focus on clearing any heavy or slow energies within your energy body that may be impacting your overall wellbeing, while restoring your vital life-force energy. Energy attunements are wonderfully restorative, healing and empowering.

In the session, I take time to listen deeply about the issue/s you are experiencing. I tune into your energy body and ask questions to help you receive important insights and access your own inner medicine. I also offer intuitive guidance.

The second part of the session is devoted to moving and tuning energy. Although we may focus on specific areas that require attention, the attunement will benefit your whole being and you may notice shifts over several days.

Many clients notice a significant shift from just one session, though others require one or more follow-up sessions. You may also wish to explore the benefits of regular attunements for energy maintenance.

These sessions are best for acute issues and/or energy maintenance. For deeper or more longstanding issues, it is recommended that you either commit to several energy attunement sessions, or an Empowered Healing journey.

Shamanic journeying is an ancient practice still performed across many cultures. The journeying practice I use is a deep meditation, a liminal dream state, where I can access the ‘non-ordinary’ realms. I do not use plant medicines or substances.

Journeying is a profound way of accessing deeply hidden parts of the subconscious and connecting to our inner wisdom. Clients request that I journey on their behalf when they wish receive visionary insight about their life, their purpose, or a specific issue. I may also receive insight about their unique gifts, helping them to open new capacities. It is a beautiful way to connect with ancestors and helping spirits, and can open up new capacities for communication.

In the journey, I can also ask for healing for a particular issue on behalf of the client. Sometimes the healing will come directly from the journey itself (e.g. offered by an ancestor, nature being or helping spirit). At other times, I will be provided with a message for the client.

Empowered Healing journeys are an invitation to take a deep dive into your core - so you can discover and reveal the essence of who you really are, and fully express your unique gifts in the world. It is a journey to personal freedom.

Each person’s journey is unique. The first session will be devoted to developing a tailored plan and beginning some gentle energy healing work. In following sessions, we will explore a range of practices to awaken your inner medicine and bring about deep healing. Over the time we work together, you will develop your personal toolkit of empowering, self-healing practices.

While many clients experience noticeable, positive shifts in just one session, it is most often the case that deep, sustained healing occurs over time with a commitment to gently peeling back the layers to uncover and integrate the parts of ourselves that have become lost or hidden. This also gives us time to lay down new pathways and create new patterns.
