My workshops and classes provide opportunities to learn practical and effective energy practices for self-healing and overall wellbeing. I introduce foundational teachings from the Andean mystical tradition and healing arts. This wisdom has been generously shared by master paqos (healers/mystics) from the esteemed lineages of Q’ero and Wasao, and taught to me by my teacher and mentor, Joan Parisi Wilcox. I also share practices I have developed in my own energy artistry and direct experience, inviting participants to explore energy dynamics in playful, personal and innovative ways.
Through guided liminal journeys, myth and storytelling, I invite participants to explore the landscape of their inner world, taking them on a journey of self-discovery where they connect with their inner power. I emphasise the significance of our relationship with the natural world and the world of living energy more broadly. The underlying principle in all my teaching is to bring people into deeper connection and right relationship with themselves and the world around them.

The equinoxes are known throughout time and across cultures as powerful alchemical gateways - a turning point in the dance between light & dark when we can attune to the energies of nature & offer ourselves the gift of regeneration and renewal at the deepest level.
Whether situated in the southern or northern hemisphere, the light we receive around this time tunes our whole system and sets our rhythm for the following 6 months - creating the foundation for either the journey inwards through autumn/winter, or the journey of our outward expression through spring/summer.
I will be co-hosting this event with my dear friend, Erin Owen. We will be offering a unique experience of our ‘energy artistry’, guiding participants on a journey to their inner world to receive subtle & profound healing at a deep cellular level. The essence of this offering is all about supercharging your health and wellbeing in readiness for the coming seasonal cycle.

As an offering to my community, I’ll be holding space in two FREE live online gatherings in the leadup to 8/8:

I’ll be gently guiding participants through an intuitive energy healing activation, working with the ‘superstar’ energies of the Lion’s Gate - Leo/Lion, Sirius, the Sun, Earth, and the three sisters of Orion. You’ll be held in a powerful field of high frequency and deep healing where we will connect with our inner power, and expand our capacity to receive the gifts of Lion’s Gate. Be prepared to be immersed in the energy of beauty, transformation, abundance, generosity, joy, and feelings of profound inner peace and interconnectedness.

In the Andean mystical tradition, Mother Waters is called ‘Mama Unu’. Gentle and soft, yet also wild and raw - an otherworldly, thundering force. This energy lives and moves within us and around us.
Mama Unu cleanses and replenishes, empowering us with vital life-force energy. She helps us navigate change, clear energetic blocks, and reminds us of our fluid, ever--changing nature. She teaches us to flow.
Skye will guide you through a series of traditional Andean practices for energetic cleansing and attunement. We will also explore ways of connecting with helping spirits - our allies from the water realms.
