The Energy of Equinox

Equinox (‘equal night’)

The equinoxes are known throughout time and across cultures as powerful alchemical gateways - a turning point in the dance between light & dark when we can attune to the energies of nature & offer ourselves the gift of regeneration and renewal at the deepest level.

Whether situated in the southern or northern hemisphere, the light we receive around this time tunes our whole system and sets our rhythm for the following 6 months - creating the foundation for either the journey inwards through autumn/winter, or the journey of our outward expression through spring/summer.

I will be co-hosting this event with my dear friend and fellow practitioner of the Andean mystical tradition, Erin Owen, who is also an Executive Coach. We will be offering a unique experience of our ‘energy artistry’, guiding participants on a journey to their inner world to receive subtle & profound healing at a deep cellular level. The essence of this offering is all about supercharging your health and wellbeing in readiness for the coming seasonal cycle.
