Upcoming Spring workshop series
Spring is a time of awakening and unfolding; a season of renewed vitality and possibility. It invites us to open, to cultivate our aliveness, and to enter into the rhythm of the season. I am excited to share that I am offering a three-part series to honour the vibrant energies of Spring.
We will begin by creating a powerful personal medicine space and establishing deep energetic grounding. This is about preparing the inner landscape and planting the seeds for the cycle ahead. From there, we move more deeply into the energetic centres of the body, tending and awakening their particular capacities, before moving into phutuy: the opening and unfolding of our energetic potential. Each session supports us to deepen our relationship with the forces of nature that live within and around us, remembering ourselves as held within a living web of kinship and sacred reciprocity.

Skye will take you on a vivid and rich journey up into the cosmos and deep into the centre of the earth. I have walked through my inner garden for the first time and wept with the feeling of mother earth holding me and the ancestors sitting alongside me. When Skye calls in the elements, the fathers, mothers and star brothers and sisters with her song and drum, magic harmony weaves through her unique practice.
Since joining Skye’s classes, I have shed so much old heavy energy and stories that no longer serve. I leave feeling empowered and connected to my heart, body, spirit and earth more than ever.
