I work with people all over the world, supporting and empowering them on their journeys of personal transformation, so they can experience greater joy, ease, vitality, love, and overall health and wellbeing. I gently guide people to the deep and hidden places within – helping them to identify and shift energy patterns, transform fears and limiting beliefs, and claim their personal power. I help people navigate and overcome challenges and transitions with conscious awareness and lightheartedness.

My medicine weaves together energy healing, sound, liminal journeying, visionary intuition, myth and storytelling, mysticism, Indigenous wisdom, and much more.

Through commitment to inner work, people embark on a journey to discover what it means to be whole. It is the path to deep knowing, where we can step into our full potential as powerful creators, and share our unique gifts with the world.

Teaching & Workshops

I offer a seasonal program of workshops and classes in my local community and online.

The teachings I offer are an invitation to connect deeply with the world of living energy and to step onto a path of conscious self development. Whether you attend one or many, the goal is for you to experience the wonder and beauty that this kind of work offers to us, as it is truly a gift. People often arrive for their first class or workshop with no expectations or even experience with energy work. Global Gatherings

In 2025, I am launching a series of online Global Gatherings, bringing together an international community of visionary dreamers, spiritual seekers, and anybody who is curious about energy artistry and mysticism.

The gatherings will feature collaborations with practitioners from all over the world and will be a place to explore different wisdom traditions, create healing energy, connect with others, laugh and play.

I wish to acknowledge and honour the traditional custodians of lutruwita/Tasmania, the palawa - and specifically the leterrermairrener people of kanamaluka/River Tamar, where I live. I offer my respect to the Elders, to their ancestors and descendants, and to the sacred lands I walk on and call ‘home’. Thank you, from the deepest part of me. May we walk together in love and peace.

I also wish to honour the master paqos (mystics/healers) from the Q’ero and Wasao lineages, who have dedicated their lives to preserving their traditions, wisdom and teachings. I thank them for generously sharing their knowledge and experience so that we may learn and grow as well. Thank you to all my teachers, especially Joan Wilcox and Claudio Silvano. I am so very fortunate to have worked with you.

I am forever grateful to the amazing, wonderful human beings that come to me on their healing journeys or show up for my workshops. I am humbled by their stories and honoured to work with them.
